Everything you need to know before, during and after your visit.

Opening hours are 10:00 to 17:00 except on Diddy Dragon Days when we close at 14:00.

We ask that our explorers read this page prior to visiting the Enchanted Lost Kingdom so they know what to expect on the day.

These super important visitor guidelines and FAQs were written by our wise wizard Merlin himself to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Annual Pass

We are delighted to offer our first Wyvernwood Annual Pass which provides the opportunity for you to visit the Enchanted Lost Kingdom as often as you’d like in 2023!

The Captain, Princess Arabella, Tatiana, Merlin, Gurt, Zephyr, Zeta and everyone in the magical Kingdom can’t wait to welcome you again soon.

High Wind Warning

When there are high winds, our Wellbeing Woods will be closed to protect our guests from the risk of falling branches.  

Our Wellbeing Woods are checked every morning and the woodland is comprehensively managed but in high winds there is an increased risk of falling branches.

In the case of the Wellbeing Woods being shut, our characters will perform along the Dragon Trail so our guests will not miss out on interacting with them!

Access is not permitted to the park after 15:00 unless stated otherwise such as an evening event.

FAQs

Booking

What is your cancellation policy?

Our tickets are non-refundable. However, we know situations arise from time to time that require flexibility, therefore we are happy to move a booking to an alternative date, please email us via [email protected] to request the change and allow us 72 hours to do.

All we is ask is that you please inform us before the end of the day of your planned visit.

Ticket amendments are processed between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. Any requests made outside of this time frame will be processed within 72 hours from the next working day.

What does admission include? 

Car parking and entry to Wyvernwood during opening hours. No vehicles can be left at the park overnight.

What age is Wyvernwood suitable for?

We are aimed at 2–12-year olds but we are a fun day out for all the family.

What are the entry prices?

If my tickets don’t arrive what should I do? 

All tickets will arrive via the email address given at the time of booking. Please try to log back into your account to ensure you entered the correct email address as well as checking all mailboxes including your junk or spam.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Can I just turn up and buy a ticket? 

For the best prices tickets must be booked ahead and can be booked via our website here. You can also purchase a ticket on the gate.

Can assistants visit Wyvernwood for FREE? 

Any guest with a disability will be required to purchase the relevant admission ticket to enter the park. Wyvernwood will then admit one assistant FREE of charge when verification of disability is shown. Please have one these available when you arrive at the park.

On the Day

What happens if the weather is bad?

We are an outdoor adventure park so please come prepared for all weather conditions. Whilst in the woods there are plenty of trees that will give shelter from light rain and showers most of Wyvernwood is open to the elements.

If your visit is negatively affected by 2 or more hours of constant rain, you can visit again for FREE when the weather is better!

What is your policy on photography?

You are welcome to take pictures for personal use. Images may not be used for any commercial purpose without specific, prior permission from Wyvernwood.

Can I bring a picnic?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a picnic into Wyvernwood.We have a designated picnic and grass areas for you to sit and enjoy your lunch.

Can I bring a pushchair or buggy into Wyvernwood?

Yes of course, however please be aware our Wellbeing Woods, MaizeMaze and Dragon Trail have a natural terrain. 

Are your experiences suitable for those in a wheelchair? 

Every effort has been made to allow reasonable access to the park however as we have an abundance of natural terrain its means we have restricted access in some areas. 

Do all visitors need to be accompanied by an adult? 

All visitors under the ages of 18 need to have an accompanying adult.

Can we bring Alcohol into the park?

We are not licensed to allow alcohol in the park so please wait until you get home.

Is there a dress code? 

Wear sensible shoes and suitable clothing for running, climbing and lots of outdoor fun come rain or shine.

What time should I arrive? 

Our car park opens at 09:45 and you can gain admission to Wyvernwood from 10:00. Last admission will be 15:00 and last entry to the Wellbeing Woods is 16:00 but the earlier you get here the more you can make out of your day.

Please note that on Diddy Dragon Days last entry to the park will be at 12:30. 

Can I bring a mobility scooter to Wyvernwood? 

You are welcome to use your own mobility scooter at your own risk but please be aware our Dragon Trail, Maize Maze and Wellbeing Woods all have a natural terrain so may not be suitable.

Are you allowed to smoke or vape during your visit? 

As a family friendly attraction Wyvernwood promotes a no-smoking policy. We kindly ask visitors to refrain from both smoking and vaping once in the park.

Do you have lost property department?

We keep all lost property items for approximately 3-4 weeks. Once this time is up, any unclaimed items are given to charity organisations. If you have an enquiry on something you have lost during a visit to Wyvernwood, please email [email protected].uk and a member of the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Do you accept cash? 

We are a cashless park, all transactions in the Treasure Trove and Explorers Quarters will need to be made via electronic methods.

Do you have WiFi

Yes, there is FREE WiFi available in the Explorers Quarters.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Wyvernwood for the safety of our guests although assistance dogs are allowed.

Can I leave my pet in my car? 

You are not allowed to leave your pet in the car unless accompanied by a responsible adult. This applies at any time of year and any weather conditions.Anyone found with a pet in their car will be asked to leave.

Do you have CCTV?

Please be aware that Wyvernwood is protected by 24 hour C.C.T.V surveillance cameras and video recording.

Do you ever close the park?

Wyvernwood reserves the right to close any or all parts of the park as necessary. Activities and character appearances can be temporarily withdrawn without notice due to sickness, inclement weather, power failure or for any other reasons. Refunds cannot be offered under these circumstances.
