Meet The Captain, Princess Arabella, Merlin, Tatiana and the Fairies as they celebrate Christmas throughout the Kingdom, before arriving at our atmospheric Woodland Christmas Market. Browse festive stalls and gifts, enjoy delicious seasonal food and warming drinks, and soak up the atmosphere with music, lights and fireside warmth.

The magic deepens as your family is welcomed into an exclusive meeting with Father Christmas. Follow the twinkling trail through a woodland filled with snow-dusted Christmas trees, where friendly elves will guide you to a cosy, enchanting grotto hidden deep within the forest.
Inside, Father Christmas awaits to share a truly special Christmas moment with your family. Every child will receive a thoughtful gift, while parents can relax and savour the festive spirit with a complimentary glass of warming mulled wine.

Ticket Information
When booking a ticket that includes the Father Christmas Grotto, you’ll be invited to choose a time for your magical meeting with Father Christmas. The time you select is your Father Christmas Grotto Trail time.
The magic comes to an end at 18:10, when the experience closes promptly. If you have chosen a later Father Christmas time, we recommend arriving at the park around two hours before your grotto slot. This gives you plenty of time to wander through the enchanted light trail, explore the Wellbeing Woods and enjoy the other festive activities before your magical meeting with Father Christmas.
Annual Passholders
Our Annual Passholders can enter Christmas in the Enchanted Woods completely FREE as part of their pass. However, as a special Father Christmas experience, a separate ticket must be purchased for the Father Christmas Grotto.
