Our VIP area can be hired for two hours for £14.50 per child, including park entry. £10.00 per passholder.
Guests who book a birthday party can use their VIP area as a hub whilst they explore the Kingdom.
Plus, our birthday parties include a party host who is on hand to help with anything guests may need.*
The private VIP area includes a covered seating space for up to 24 children. The minimum booking is for 12 children.
A party booking allows for 6 FREE adults. Additional adults can enjoy a discounted entry rate of £12.00.
2-hour party time slots are available from 10:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 15:30.
Our children’s birthday parties are an incredible experience which creating lasting memories and are perfect for children aged between 2 to 12 years old!

*Party children must be supervised in the V.I.Tipi and park at all times by the party parents, the host is there to assist with the smooth running of the party.

An exclusive 3-hour birthday experience set within our enchanting Secret Fairy Garden, a hidden corner where imagination takes flight.
This awe-inspiring celebration is filled with magical moments, fairy-tale encounters, and unforgettable memories.

Booking
How do I book a birthday party?
Birthday parties can only be booked online, we can’t take payment over the phone or via email.

What is the minimum booking quantity?
You must book at least 12 children for a birthday party at Wyvernwood.
Do adults need to pay?
A party booking allows 6 free adults per booking.
Additional adults can enjoy a discounted entry rate of £12.00.
Can siblings and under 2's come in for free?
All siblings over the age of 2 will need to pay £14.50 however under 2s are FREE.
Can I pay in installments?
Payment is needed upfront of a minimum of 12 children to secure your date.
Additional guests can be added at a later date via a link in your booking confirmation up to 7 days before your party.
Can I see what the VIP area looks like prior to booking?
Our VIP area is fully decorated with a red carpet, bunting, festoon lighting and a large oak table.
Site visits are not available prior to booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Birthday party bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do you do party bags?
Yes we do party bags and there is two options:
Standard – £5.00 per child
Deluxe – £8.00 per child
Do annual passholders have to pay to attend a Birthday Party at Wyvernwood?
Passholders get a reduced price of £10 to attend a party; the cost goes towards the hire of the V.I.Tipi and Party Host.
Passholders pay full price to attend a Secret Fairy Tea Party.
Passholders must pay full price for any extras such as food, face painting and party bags.
On the Day
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking to get signed in with our admissions team.
Your party host will show you to your VIP area promptly when your party starts.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We are an outdoor adventure park so please come prepared for all weather conditions.
Can I bring additional guests on the day?
We ask that any additional guests are added to your booking via the link in your confirmation email prior to arriving at the park.
Any additional guests must be booked at least 7 days prior to your party.
Will the children be supervised?
No, this is the responsibility of the party booker.
Every party is allowed 6 FREE adults to help with supervision.
What is the itinerary for the party?
The first hour of the party will be play time.
After an hour food will be served, if you have paid for this extra.
Following the food you will have a special visit from your selected character, if you have paid for this extra.
You will be required to vacate the VIP area promptly after 2 hours to allow us to clean for the next party, however you may stay in the park for the remainder of the day.
Some of my party have food allergies - what should I do?
Upon booking a party you will receive an email with a link to a form where you can inform us of any special dietary requirements.
Please note this only applies to those who have added food to their booking.
Can we bring our own catering and/or decorations?
You are free to bring along any additional food or cakes you require.
Alternatively you can add food for children or adults at the time of booking or up to 7 days before your party.
You can access the V.I.Tipi 15 minutes prior to your party taking place to decorate but these decorations must be removed prior to your party ending.
